Kaj has worked in the electrical connections industry since it was opened to competition. As the first employee of one of the first ICPs, and through senior roles within DNOs and ICPs, Kaj brings over 25 years’ experience managing utility connections from conception through to completion.

Delivery Director
Stuart has over 15 years’ experience delivering renewable energy projects, supported by cross‑functional experience in other heavy industries. He leads site delivery teams, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme performance.
His track record includes delivering a 43MW solar farm in under three months during winter conditions.
